I have ridden my bicycle 443 miles .  I think that is pretty good for someone who is 52 years old .
I still have a long way to go yet.

As a point of reference for all of you, I am 232 miles se of Tallahassee Florida . 

On this trip I plan on averaging about 500 miles a week .  I am hoping to have this trip done hybrid end of July.

I have 4700 miles left to go Fairbanks . Then another 550.beyond that to Prudhoe Bay
