From Birmingham to Sylacaus Alabama.

Ended the day in some town I can’t even pronounce the name of.
I am staying at the Holiday Inn Express. This is where the smart people stay.  I ended the day 638 miles from home in West Palm Beach.   I rode through the hood in Birmingham today.  I stopped at Walgreens to get some pAssport photos to send to  Smoking Hot Wife ( see WWW.smokinghotwife.tv)  for my upcoming trip to China with Rastaman.  The lady in the store said for me not to leave my bike unattended .  I asked her why not.  She told me that I was now in the most crime ridden neighborhood in America.
I told her that it did not look any worse than any other neighborhood I went through.  The cops in Arkansas told me not to go though the hood in Memphis, but I did anyways while making two new friends there.
I have to say that all these people that told me not to travel through the hood are probably all afraid of their own shadow.
If you walk around unafraid and like you own the place, no one is going to bother you if you don’t go looking for trouble.
I rode today for about 14 miles with a lady from Canada. She  and her husband were doing some hill climbing. We had a nice chat about our lives. She has been here in America since 1996,living in Birmingham.  She told me that Birmingham is one big small town where you know.everyone .
I will be crossing the Georgia state line tomorrow or early Tuesday morning.  I am only 133 miles away from Atlanta.
